As anyone can easily notice, words are exactly the same in both extracts.
Anyway, you can find a quick translation below.

Local police seized a wellness centre in which customers were allowed to buy sex in addition to ordinary relaxing massages.
The two owners, a 43-year-old Romanian woman and a 48-year-old Chinese woman, have been denounced for abetting prostitution.

The police action took place, yesterday at 4 p.m., in a wellness centre on corso Milano, after some investigations led by a special unit. Policemen had previously been told something peculiar about the services customers were allowed to get: in addition to ‘romantic’,’Thai’, ‘relaxing’ and perfumed massage oil treatments, they could successfully ask, in fact, for a ‘complete service.’

This ‘complete service’ is supposed to be a code name for sex intercourses: the specific fare was 20 to 30 euros, though the ‘ordinary’ services came for 50 to 80 euros.

Into the centre, policemen also found the Romanian owner and a couple of assistants; at the moment, one of them was busy with a client who later on acknowledged the peculiar nature of the services that were being offered there.
